On March 22, the Prairieland Punishers kicked off their home season with a bout against the Southern Illinois Roller Girls with an exciting double-header. The night began with some men’s derby featuring Springfield’s Capital City Hooligans and the Chicago Bruise Brothers. The Hooligans defeated the Bruise Brothers in a 198-88 bout. The Punisher vs. SIRG bout was equally amazing. The Punishers took the win 246-144. Thanks to the fans, the Punishers were able to donate $2,000 to Crime Stoppers!
